Infrared film cannot be used with this camera, because the F80 detects the film perforation with an infrared ray.

Notes:

F80 has 3 versions : the standard F80, the QD version (F80D) and a special QD model (QD F80S) that imprints data ( shutter speed, aperture and exposure compensation values) between frames (in any exposure mode). Each is offered in black; the F80 and F80D are also available in silver-coloured models.

The new Focusing Screen Display system for the F80 incorporates a Polymer Network LCD .

The viewfinder image will become slightly darker when batteries are not installed.
