Remaining 2003 Workshop Schedule
The
remaining workshops continue to have waitlists.
Southern Utah (3-day workshops, 4 students:
$699 each)
Oct 18-20 Capitol Reef National Park (fall color) Full
Oct 21-23 Escalante-Grand Staircase National Monument (fall color) Full
Oct 25-27 Zion National Park Full
If you've never
been in Southern Utah during peak fall foliage, you've missed something
quite dramatic: yellow and orange in the trees against red rock make for
some pretty saturated color opportunities, and these areas are already
remarkable for their photographic panoramas. In all three workshops I'll
be trying to take students deeper into the areas than I have on previous
ocassions (in the past I've combined each of these locales with at least
one other).

Chance
of Additional Workshops late in 2003
I'm considering adding September (California or Wyoming) and
November (Hawaii) workshops this year, but won't make that final decision
until I get further along in changes to my office and domicile and catch
up on all the things on my business to do list. Keep your eye on this
space.
What
about 2004?
Well, I haven't decided what to do about 2004. Business has been
growing rapidly (thank you), and I'm now working long hours seven days
a week. So I'm considering taking time to work on some personal projects
I've been putting off and not teaching workshops in 2004. Workshops consume
about half my year, and are very exhausting; plus I rarely get much chance
to do any real shooting on my own while teaching.
